One continuous chat session with a visitor. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, and a returning visitor starts a new one.
What happens if I reach my conversation limit?▾
Your bot keeps working, and extra conversations are billed at your plan's add-on rate. You can set a spending cap in your settings to stop the bot at your limit instead.
